1. The prices advertised on @The Loft's platform do not include delivery charges unless explicitly mentioned.
  2. Orders will be dispatched only after the full payment has been successfully processed and cleared in @The Loft's account.
  3. The standard delivery period for items varies depending on their size and the delivery location. Typically, orders may take around 7-14 days. However, deliveries during peak seasons like Black Friday or the Festive season (15 November to 31 December), may experience extended delivery times. Any delays in delivery will be communicated by @The Loft.
  4. Deliveries are scheduled on weekdays during regular courier service hours. If multiple attempts to deliver goods are unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or non-cooperation, the items will be returned to @The Loft's warehouse, and the customer may be liable for the return transport costs.
  5. Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the goods for any visible damages. Any damages should be clearly noted on the waybill at the time of signing for the delivery.
  6. Some products may arrive in a knocked-down or flat-pack format, requiring self-assembly.
  7. Customers must verify the number of packages received against the waybill to ensure accuracy. Signing for a greater number of packages than what was actually delivered may affect any claims related to short deliveries.
  8. Delivery is guaranteed only to the address provided by the customer. Recipients at the delivery address are considered authorized to receive the goods on behalf of the customer and are responsible for inspecting for damages or shortages.
  9. Any discrepancies, damages, or shortages must be reported to @The Loft within 48 hours of delivery through info@attheloft.co.uk. A confirmation message will be sent upon successful submission of the report.
  10. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, third-party delivery service providers handle all deliveries on a 'door-to-door' basis. This delivery service does not include any additional services such as product installation, removing packaging, or rearranging furniture. Any such services requested and provided will be at the customer's risk and cost, and @The Loft will not be liable for any resulting damages, losses, or claims.
